Healing Relationships and the self, through radical acts of forgiveness.
This brief guided meditation takes on a relaxed form. It is to help in the assistance of healing relationships, healing ourselves. Forgiveness can happen on many levels, when we are ready and willing, there is no right or wrong way to do this.
To help us forgive someone who has hurt us, to forgive ourselves for any hurt caused, and to gently and slowly begin to heal the many wounds our relationships with other beings can leave us with.
